How does working with a social media agency work?
Social media management runs in four phases: intro call, a one-time briefing, building your profile and visual style, then ongoing management. Your own effort is almost entirely concentrated in the briefing at the start — after that, it’s limited to approvals.

The four phases
- 1. Intro call
- About 45 minutes: clarify your goal, audience and starting point. After that, it’s clear whether working together makes sense and to what extent.
- 2. Briefing
- Once and in depth: what you stand for, who you want to reach, what should never appear. This is the part that decides the quality of every post that follows.
- 3. Setup
- Profile, positioning and visual style are created and agreed on. You see everything before it’s published.
- 4. Ongoing management
- 10 posts a month are created, scheduled and published; inquiries are forwarded to you.
What’s expected of you
After the briefing, one thing is left above all: approvals. Depending on what you agree, you see every post in advance or only bigger topics — both are common, it just needs to be clear from the start.
Your own photos help, but aren’t a must. They make a presence more personal than any stock imagery, which is why good providers ask for them instead of using standard images.
What would this look like for you?
A free intro call of about 45 minutes to see if we’re a good fit. No obligation.
